In previous years, I would have easily given five stars pretty much consistently! However, I don’t feel the love of the service anymore The supporting staff would get five stars. The hygienist assistant would get five stars. However, the hygienist is where my weak experience was. At least twice while doing the cleaning, she had to depart for some unknown reason. She seemed to be overly aggressive at times as though she was on a time clock timing every second and that she had to get the job done quickly! The next day, I discovered pain around an area that I complained multiple times since the crown was installed that there is too much of a gap or some kind of a problem that has not yet been resolved. I ended up finding that I had blood coming out at that point last night When I water picked, flossed, and brushed. Fortunately, I have some chlorhexidine which I used to wish in my mouth after brushing. Looks like I may have to go to softer foods and avoid that area next to the zirconia crown I received last year. I pray that my experience was only a fluke of a bad day for the hygienist. It could be that she was pressured and had too much work on her plate

When I started going it was well enough but lately they start to cancel appointments that are book months in advance. Fine, things happened. I guess if you don't have a job with a schedule or flexible hours last minute cancelations and request to come next day or early is no problem. But the most egregious thing to last happened is them calling me twice in a week to cancel my appointment and then tell me " Oh its fine the hygienist will see you" Only for me to come in pay in advance, which I never do, for a DIFFERENT service I was having done (an appt that was supposed to be after that one) When everything was done that came in the room to inform me the hygienist wasnt able to see me. They made it seem she had another appointment. She might have, because the planned was to always bump me from the very beginning to service whomever they decided was more important thab my months in advance appointment. They treated me like I was stupid as they played in my face with that act. Completely unprofessional and upsetting.

Everything was great. Fast service except for when it was time to check out. I spent a whole 30mins waiting on the receptionist to attend to me. She kept saying β€œhold 1second”. 1second became 30 mins. And the only reason I know it was 30mins is because I set an alarm for 30mins due to the hugeness said to wait 30 mins after eating due to having fluoride on my teeth. They need better service in that check out area.

I was told I needed a root canal ASAP yet was scheduled a month out with no effort to prioritize care. When I called back in severe pain, I was denied an appointment, and they told me it was not an option to go to another location. I was told they would contact the dentist to send something to the pharmacy. No one followed up. I had to keep calling, only to be told they never even contacted the dentist. When something was finally sent, it was a medication that I have a severe allergic reaction to, and they confirmed that it was clearly documented in my chart as well. I was told this would be corrected. It never was. The office manager also never followed up. At no point did anyone call me back I had to chase every single step myself. This is a serious failure in patient care, communication, and safety. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office.

Dr. Basulto and the hygienist Mildret were absolutely wonderful. They were both extremely professional, caring, and very patient throughout the entire visit. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took great care to ensure the experience was as smooth as possible. I truly appreciate their kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care! 🦷
